Who are we and what do we do?
AFHood Analytics Group (AAG) was started in 2007 by a small group of analytics professionals in the Atlanta, GA area. With a variety of experience and strong entrepreneurial spirit, AAG was formed to provide analytic consulting services. Although the business was slow in the beginning, the group had request after request from fellow analysts wanting to join their firm. There was not enough work for more analysts, so the firm began collecting resumes. It wasn't long that the firm began to realize their opportunity to help fellow programmers find employment and further their own business. In 2008, AAG began placing analysts with companies on a contract-to-perm and a permanent basis.
Today, AAG continues to operate two distinct business units, Advance Analytic Consulting and On-Demand SAS Talent. While the firm spends the majority of its resources meeting the day-to-day needs of its analytic consulting customers, it also employs a small support team to help with SAS professional placement.
